To inform students fundamental programming concepts (data types, control structures, I/O, etc.), and to help students gain the skills for solving simple to intermediate level problems independently using the C programming language.

Grade Layout:

40% Homework 
30% Midterm Exam 
30% Final Exam

Late Policy:

One point deduction for each week of delay (The full score of each assignment is 10).
